I specialize in property analysis and working with beginner investors, breaking down the numbers, answering all the questions, and helping clients truly understand why a deal works (or why it doesn’t). I take the time to really listen to what you’re trying to accomplish and work side-by-side with you to match the right property to your goals.
I’ve spent 20 years working in real estate and finance, and it’s truly my passion. I started as a loan officer, moved into mortgage underwriting, and eventually landed here with Dani at Simply Do It. I’ve been here for over four years, and it genuinely feels like home.
Speaking of homes, I purchased my first investment property earlier this year and am excited for what the future holds. While I was incredibly lucky to spend a chapter of my life as a stay-at-home mom, raising my boys, and I wouldn’t trade that time for anything, stepping away from the workforce made me very aware of how easy it is to fall behind on retirement planning and long-term wealth building, especially for women and parents. That realization lit a fire in me.
I know firsthand that real estate works. It’s how I’m making up for lost time, building wealth, and creating long-term financial stability and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same
I also have a strong passion for teaching the next generation how to make their money work for them early, so they can set themselves up with smart, intentional plans for their future instead of playing catch-up later.
