1. Guru/coach – the leading figure that sets the tone of your investing approach.

2. Investment friends – not your friends who are not interested with investing but friends you can bounce ideas off, friends that will be both supportive and give you their thoughts. Try to find friends that are in a similar situation as you are.

3. Real Accountant

4. Realtor

5. Property manager

6. Rehab crew

7. Insurance person

8. Mortgage broker
