Like many real estate investors I started by investing in single family homes. Through the years I never felt that I need to step up to apartment buildings or strip malls. I did feel that owning many homes does requires time, attention and energy.
Through the years I never stopped loving the basic benefits of investing in real estate. But I always kept looking for other real estate investments and other investment all together.
